Terms of Service

1. Who we are

NinjaPDF is operated by Redr Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using NinjaPDF (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance and authority

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. The Service

NinjaPDF provides browser-based PDF tools (merge, split, compress, convert, OCR, AI reader, and others). Many tools process your files directly in your browser; some optional features may transmit data to our servers or third-party AI providers solely to deliver the requested feature.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, or to infringe intellectual property rights;
• upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or that you do not have rights to;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, denial-of-service);
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits;
• use generated AI outputs in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your input files and outputs you generate, subject to a limited license granted to us to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Subscriptions, payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or via paddle.net.

9. AI features

Some features use generative AI. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of outputs, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without independent verification. We may filter, refuse, or remove content that violates our acceptable use rules.

10. Service availability and warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. These limitations do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where excluded by applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redr Group LLC from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redr Group LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
