How to request a refund

All payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact our support team from inside your account dashboard, and we will help process the request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account dashboard or via paddle.net. Refunds for renewal charges may be considered on a case-by-case basis where requested promptly.

Chargebacks
